The blade is steel grade 420J2 comprising of chromium for high corrosion resistant strength. Carbon is also present in the steel to ensure it is hard enough to cut fruits and vegetables easily.
The handle is made of food grade Polypropylene which ensures there is no chemical contamination to the food. The ergonomic design of the handle, with a textured surface ensures that the knife does not slip when in use.
