The Avanti Pork Belly Skin Crisping Tool and Tenderiser is the perfect tool for making pork crackling. It works by perforating pork skin with small holes that allows the fat to escape and crisping the skin to create golden crackling. It also enhances the texture and flavour of any cut of meat, poultry and fish while also hastening the marinating and cooking time. It features 21 stainless steel prongs that breaks down tough meat fibres and connective tissues and allows rubs and marinade to absorb faster, creating tastier and juicier results !
Easy to use, punch the pork skin repeatedly until the skin is covered with tiny holes. For other types of meat, try not to punch too hard as you want the needles just to pierce through the skin and not to the other side.
